  I had a bathroom and kitchen fitted in June/July 2015. By August I noticed water damage to the sink unit at the side of the bath/shower. I put this down to a leaking shower screen and contacted the company. I was told that it was not the shower screen by A*** and that it is the amount of water being thrown about the bathroom (I have three children) I made it clear my children are supervised and they do not splash water around the bathroom although surely the quality of products should be fit for purpose for a bathroom! A*** went at snails pace and come back just before Christmas 2015 and replaced the two side panels on the sink unit. Furthermore in 2016 the same thing was happening, water was coming from under the sink unit but no trace from the bath/shower. After having a different Bathroom company come and take a look they confirmed there was more to it that a leaking shower screen. I then removed the bath panel and the broken tile and this is when I noticed there was water damage behind the tiles, rotting plaster board and a trail of water behind the fixtures going under the sink which was obviously causing the damage to the side panels. I again contact Todays Kitchens and Bedrooms and was told they would come out and asses the situation. When A*** and his two fitters come to my property I was made to feel like I had no clue, that my shower was not leaking and that it was just the shower screen. I therefore put the shower on and proved that this water damage was not just from a shower screen. In actual fact it was the shower taps that they supplied and fitted leaking from behind the tiles causing all this damage. This had gone on for over 12 months now and I was always left to feel like I was in the wrong when matter of fact was they hadnt fitted things properly. I was then told that they would be back the following Thursday/Friday to put everything right, removing and fitting a different style shower screen as the original is "known" for leaking, replacing the side panels on the sink unit, replacing tiles (I paid for and provided these) there was a no show and i was left with a pulled apart bathroom over the Christmas period, the company then contacted me and came out in January 2017, on completion of sorting the mess out I have been left with •tiles that are not level or spaced evenly •different coloured units to original •a shower screen that is exactly the same as previous and still leaks I then contacted A*** via letter stating these problems and asked for them to be rectified within 14 days. I had a reply via letter stating that the reason there is a colour difference is because of UV damage. But on rectifying these problems in Jan 17 A*** used the new doors and they matched the original units yet the side panels didnt match surely if it was UV damage the doors wouldnt match. A*** then told me in person the reason the side panels are a different colour is because he used a different manufacturer, something I was not asked or made aware of when agreement was made to rectify the problems. This is still an ongoing problem and is in the hands of my solicitor
